Shipping and Returns Policy

Shipping Policy

At Sahara Naturals, we strive to ensure your order reaches you promptly and in perfect condition. Please review our shipping policies below:

Order Processing:

  • Please allow up to 48 hours for your order to be processed, packaged, and shipped. This timeframe does not include shipping transit times.
  • Seasonal delays, unexpected volume increases, or product-specific circumstances (e.g., preorders or backorders) will be communicated either through updates on this page or in the product description.

Shipping Time:

  • The shipping method you select at checkout indicates the transit time within the mail system after your order has been processed and shipped.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages:

  • To protect your purchase, shipping insurance is pre-selected at checkout. By leaving this option enabled, you are covered for lost, stolen, or damaged packages.
  • A package is considered "lost" if there are no tracking updates for more than 7 days.
  • If your order is lost, stolen, or damaged, and you opted in for insurance, you may file a claim at https://claims.saharanaturals.com.

Claims Process:

  • Issues must be reported within 15 days of the delivery date (as indicated by tracking information).
  • Refunds or replacements are only available for purchases made directly through Sahara Naturals. If you purchased from a retail partner, please contact them for assistance.

Returns & Exchanges Policy

Returns:

  • All sales are final. We encourage you to carefully review product descriptions and details before placing your order.
  • Due to the handmade nature of our products and the use of natural ingredients, slight variations in size, color, scent, or consistency may occur. These differences are not considered defects and do not qualify for returns or exchanges.

Defective Items:

  • If you receive a defective product, please report it within 3 days of the delivery date. Eligible items will be resent at no additional cost.

Missing Items:

  • If an item is missing from your order, please report it within 3 days of the delivery date. We will prioritize reshipping the missing item.

Out-of-Stock Items:

  • In rare cases, an out-of-stock item may be refunded or replaced with a similar item at our discretion.

Returned Packages:

  • Packages returned to Sahara Naturals by the carrier will be refunded for the product cost only. Shipping fees will not be refunded.

Refunds Policy

Eligibility:

  • Refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis and are issued at Sahara Naturals' discretion.
  • If approved, refunds will be processed back to your original payment method. Please allow a few days for your bank or credit card company to reflect the refund.

Non-Refundable Costs:

  • Original shipping and insurance fees are non-refundable.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise specified by Sahara Naturals.
